Gina

Gina Abernathy began her career in 1983 apprenticing at Gary Bocz's Salon in Seattle. She took a brief hiatus from hairdressing to model with Elite Modeling Agency in NYC, returning to the industry in 1985. For the past decade, Gina has focused her energies on salon photography, education, and ownership with the purchase of Salon Bellezza in 1994. Her design work has been published in several industry magazines including Passion International. She has received advanced training at the Toni & Guy Academies in London, Dallas, LA and Bumble & bumble in NYC. Salon Bellezza was voted the top 200 fastest growing salons by Salon Today in 200   2001; Salon Bellezza haute pciks downtown Bellevue best haircut 2006. Gina is most proud of her staff at Salon Bellezza because of their high commitment to quality. Their talents have made Salon Bellezza a top salon on the Eastside for the past eleven years.
